Do I have to sign a long term lease?

No, only a month-to-month lease. Just let us know at least 30 days in advance before you move out. There is a one month minimum rental.

Do I have to pay a deposit?

We do not charge a security deposit. A cleaning deposit may be collect when storing vehicle or other items that might cause stains to the floor.  We only ask that you clean out your unit completely when moving out.

Do you offer 24 hour access?

Yes. We understand that 24 hour access is needed because everyone has different schedules.

How do I know what size storage unit I need?

Do you help move my things?

Sorry, management and employees are prohibited by insurance regulations and cannot help physically move your belongings. However, we do have a referral list in the office for companies that can help you.

How does your billing cycle work?

Upon move in, we pro-rate your first months rent so that subsequent payment will be due on the 1st of the month. We do not send statements. We offer Automatic Credit Card payments. Simply sign a form when you move in or at anytime and we will process your payment on or around the 1st day of each month. This is a great time saver for tenants and insures that you will never fall into delinquent status. We also accept checks, money orders and cashiers checks.

Do I get a refund for early move out?

Like other storage facilities there are NO REFUNDS, and since we prorate the move in we do not prorate the move out. We require a written 30-day notice. We do make exceptions for special circumstances, but please do your part, and let us know as soon as you make plans to vacate. Please remember we do require one month minimum rental.

I purchased a lock when I moved in. Should I leave this on my unit when I move out?

Please, do not leave the lock on the unit. We do not have keys to anyone’s lock, therefore, if we see that a lock is still on the unit, we naturally assume that you are still occupying the unit. We thank you for taking the lock off and leaving the unit clean.

I lost the keys to the lock you sold me, can you open my unit for me?

We do not have spare keys to anyone’s lock, and charge a $10 cut lock fee.

How often will my rate increase?

We do try our hardest to limit the frequency of increases. You are guaranteed a fixed rate for six months. If the economy or market causes a rise in our expenses, you may incur a minimal increase to your original rental rate. In most cases the amount of increase is $1.00 to $10.00 depending on the size of your unit. You will find this at most self storage facilities.


As stated in your lease we don’t carry insurance on your goods. We do have brochures available with information on insurance coverage for your goods. Please see the office manager for more information.

I need to have my address changed.

You can get a CHANGE OF ADDRESS form from our main office. All changes of address must be in writing, signed and either mailed or delivered. Sorry email, fax or by phone changes of address are prohibited under the terms of your Rental Agreement.
